Hello My great aunt Margaret WATTS was born in Crumlin and her birth was registered 12 September 1871 Antrim. Could someone please tell me how to go about obtaining a birth certificate for her and the cost thereof.. I am also researching the family of my 2 X gt grandfathere Hugh GREEN born Ireland but no specific place given.
