Hi Listers, Earlier this year, one of our listers, Sharon, advised us of problems she was having with otherdays.com. At the time I replied that I had never had any problems with them since joining the site when it first started. I now take that all back! Unknown to me at the time I was praising them, my subscription ran out without any notification for renewal. Hence when I needed to look something up I found I had to join up again. Not a problem except that, just like Sharon, I too, can't get into viewing records, namely the Griffiths. I have since tried emailing several times (no response) and telephoning (daily from Australia) in the hope that I will catch somebody in the office. I'm beginning to feel quite wary of Otherdays and will now advise my credit card company to look into this. I know that Sharon is also taking legal action. Perhaps we may be the only two people who have been affected by the rudeness this company now appears to be dishing out. For anybody thinking of joining I would suggest you find a more honest site to invest your money with. If anybody on this list manages to get thru to Otherdays to get their side of the story I, and I'm sure Sharon, would be grateful for any knowledge on what is their problem. Are they folding?
