Is there anyone on this list researching the surname PORTER? My gr.grandfather had "Porter" as his middle name. I believe it may have been his mother's maiden name. I have no further information - this is just a hunch but, you never know, it may lead to something. Since I have nothing else to go on I thought I would give it a try. Lorraine
