I have Gerhard Henrich Albers who married Anna Maria Linneman. They moved from Bokeloh/Buekelte to the United States in 1838. Anna was baptised near Melle.

In my great grandmother's, Katherina Maria Hengelsberg, line I have the following LINNEMANN: Francicus Bojocco LINNEMANN, son of Joseph Heinrich LINNEMANN and Maria Gertrud EPKER (POELMANN), was born in Bissendorf in Jan 1751; died Nov 1801 and buried in Bissendorf.. On May 20, 1758 in Bissendorf he married Maria Elisabeth RECKER, she was born Dec 1752 in Mundrup and died in Bissendorf in Jan 1781. She was the daughter of Johann Herman RECKER, born BRUNE (BRÜNING) and Anna Margaretha RECKER. Anna Catharina RECKER, sister of Maria Elisabeth RECKER, married my 3rd great grandfather, Johann Heinrich HENGELSBERG. From my map, Melle is just down the road from Bissendorf.
