Greetings Fred: I do not have much information on my Behnke line My Great Grandmother Juleinia (Julliana ?) Ann Behnke, born approx. 1840, married Johann Haase in or near Thorn, West Prussia (now Torun, Poland)in about 1858/1860. They had five children, Ida, Anna Martha, Maximillian, Johann Julius (my grandfather) and Anne. A photograph I possess of Juliania nee Behnke Haase as a young woman was taken by a photographer in Bromberg (now Bydgoszcz, Poland). Many Behnke's lived in Gross-Neudorf (Nowa Wies Wielka) a town roughly between Thorn and Bromberg, but I have not found any connection there Warren G.
