This narrows down the number of parishes from hundreds to maybe ten or so. You can find a list of Evangelical (Lutheran) parishes from the Landskirche Hannover at http://www.hist.de/KB-hannover.htm. I am not an expert on the Lüneburger Heide region, however I think that some of the churches listed under Church district Winsen/Luhe are in that region. Aldag is a fairly common name in northern Niedersachsen. I have Aldag ancestors from the parish of Apensen, located about 15 miles/24 km southwest of Hamburg. I wish you success in your research.
