Hello Marge, Will you please check for two greatgrandfathers that I have not been able to find in immigration records anywhere? Peter August WEISS of Bavaria, born 1827 Georg SCHAMBACH of Bensheim, Hesse Darmstadt, born 1824. He may have been in Hanover, Germany before he left the country. Peter and Georg probably traveled between 1845 and 1855. (Not together, though) Also, if there are other SCHAMBACHs, is there a Franz Jakob SCHAMBACH, born 1835, also in Hesse Darmstadt.
