Recently, we discovered that my cousin's ancestors, Johann Heinrich HANSMEYER, his wife, Christiane MERKAMP/MEERKAMP and their one year old daughter arrived in New York on 30 May 1848 from Bremen on the Bark Mercury. Johann was a Farmer. Are there any other records available in Bremen, which might give a place of origin for this couple and their child besides the destroyed Passenger Lists? Thank you.
