I don't know of any connections with that name or village. Do any of the following names appear in your tree? My other ancestors from Wehm were Johan Hermann DETERS parents: Johan DETERS and Walburga (Wubke) NIEHE; paternal grandparents: {Gerd SIEVERS mean DETERS} and Tecla DETERS; maternal grandparents were Robe Nee (NIHE) and Gesina MORKENLUBBERS. Johan Hermann DETERS married Tecla BRINKMANN in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1863, shortly after they arrived. This Tecla was from Lahn, about 3 miles from Wehm. Tecla's parents were Reinard BRINKMANN and Anna Maria WILKEN (she was from Harrenstedde); her paternal grandparents were Heinrich BRINKMANN and Gesina JANSES; her maternal grandparents were Johan Hermann WILKEN and Helena Margaretha KORTE. Johan Hermann's son Herman Theodore DETERS married Maria Anna PURK in 1899 in St. Clement, Missouri, about 80 miles northwest of Florissant. Maria Anna's mother, Maria Gesina UNTHYT, was also from Wehm. Maria Gesina's mother was Maria NIHE, whose parents were Robe (Nee) NIHE and Gesina MOLKENLUBBERS. I got most of this information from Bischofliches Generalvikariat, Osnabruck, Germany and used their wording in my notes The names underlined are so similar and from the same small town that I think second cousins married each other.
