I was in the library yesterday and the following is what I managed to find:- MARRIAGE Carl August Wilhelm aged 34yrs, marital status not recorded, father's name not recorded married 26/6/1849 to Johanna Friederica Wilhelmina Gasten aged 29yrs, marital status not recorded, father's name not recorded at Scottish Church, Adelaide District Adelaide reference book 11 page 115 symbol "V" denoting a variation appears on the marriage record. (Quite often these variations are just differences in spelling) CHILDREN BORN TO CARL WILHELM AUGUST BOSENBERG & JOHANNE FRIEDRICKE WILHELM GASTEN. 1. Auguste Therese Wilhelmine born 4/5/52 place of birth not recorded. District Adelaide. reference book 4 page 24 2. Carl Friedrich Adolph 5/1/59 Port Adelaide Dis. Adelaide reference book 15 page 24 3. Carl Wilhelm Henri 19/9/54 place of birth not recorded. District Adelaide reference book 5 page 49. There is no record in our births of Diedrich Wilhelm Christian born in 1850. I did see thee are births to the following parents:- Edward William Bosenberg and Emily Sophie Fiegert Edward Bosenberg and Anna Hueppauff Johann Wilhelm Bosenberg and Johanna Maria Poesenberg Please feel free to get back to me if there is anything/anyone else you would like me to look up for you.
