Warren, I found: Charles Retzke Chicago Ward 15, Cook, Illinois abt 1861 Germany White Head in the 1900 Census. It looks like the street address is 886 N. Claremont Ave. Does this look like your Mr. Retzke? Let me know if you want me to send a copy of the census page (JPG) or if you want me to look for the 1910 Census.
