Surnames: Heinemann Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/ZVC.2ACE/2494.1 Message Board Post: Louisa b 1817 is my husband's grandmother (too many g's to count). She married Robert Marsh Jr. They lived in Crosby, Norwich Twp, McKean County, PA. I copied a great deal of Heinemann info from a handwritten document in the Smethport Historical Society (McKean Cty, PA). Much of it is similar to what you wrote in your post, although there are differences in birth dates. It said in this document that the father of Louisa, Catherine, Chrisopher, William, and John was Kasper Heinemann. I saw a reference that said John Heinemann some place too. They came from Duderstaadt, Hanover, Germany. Since I will be in Germany soon, I wondered if anyone had more information about Duderstaadt. When I did a mapquest search, 2 came back - back are within about 100 miles of Hanover. I realize that Hanover was a whole country/kingdom back then, so the reference to Hanover may be to the area, no the city. I am willing to share what I have. Please contact me if you're interested (by responding to this e-mail). Thanks, Lynnette

Surnames: Deters, Kramer, Olberding, Ronnebaum Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZVC.2ACE/4001 Message Board Post: I am researching the Deters and Kramer lines that settled in Nemaha County, Seneca, Kansas. I have one slim connection to Benedict Olberding, b 27 Aug 1893 who married Philomina Dick, but that is all I know about him. Her sister was my grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Dick and she married Henry Kramer, son of August. I have Deters in the family line in the 1700's, but have been unable to connect to anything more recent. Also trying to find out anything about Anna Ronnebaum, who married Johan Henrich Kramer. Any information that anyone is willing to share would be appreciated. My direct email is sdgood@bresnan.net. Thanks in advance.

I need information on the family of Herman H. SPIEKER. He was born in Germany and came to Ohio first to be with his brother and his family. Then it seems he went on to Montana at one time and married and had a family. We have totally lost track of this man and need your help. He did have a brother John who lived in Salt Lake City and John's wife was Minnette. He may have been the only link we have to Herman. ANY help or direction will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all, Cathy (Ohio)
