I am currently at a complete standstill with my Nicholls family. Daniel Nicholls married Mary Lyddieth on 15th October, 1849 at St Nicholas in Liverpool. Daniel's residence was Struckland St and Mary's was Fox St. His father was William and her parents were James Lyddieth and Maria Rushton. Witnesses at the marriage were Robert and Margaret Lyddieth The first child, George, born but I have no details of where or when. The next event I have is the second child, James (my g grandfather), being born in Gundagai, Australia in 1864. The gap is 15 years.
