My wife's dad's birth certificate shows the following: Russie Nicholls and Elizabeth Rice had a son named Donald Nicholls. Donald Nicholls was given up for adoption and re-named as Raymond Donald Silva. Raymond Donald Silva married Donna Marie Johnson and had 4 children: Marc Stephen, Stephen Thomas, Randi Ray and Sherri Rene. The birth certificate shows the birth place of both Russie and Elizabeth as Martinez, CA. Russie was 23 on the date of the birth certificate (March 9, 1921) and the mother Elizabeth Rice was 22.
