I've "rescued" an old photograph of Carolyn Wells SANBORN which was taken at the M. Frank Miller Studio in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with Carolyn likely about 3 years old at the time. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Carolyn and her family as follows: Caroline Wells SANBORN was b. 6 May 1893 in NH to parents John Noyes SANBORN (b. 1849) and Nellie Duffus CURRIER (b. 1867). Caroline was one of three children born to this couple including, Caroline Wells; Sherburne John; and Amy Charlotte SANBORN all born between 1893 and 1901. Census records provide the following information: 1900 census of Danville, NH: John N. SANBORN, age 51, born Mar 1849, married 10 years, born NH, parents born NH, a Farmer Nellie B. SANBORN, wife, age 33, born Jan 1867, married 10 years, 2 children/2 living, born Scotland, parents born England, to USA 1867 Caroline W. SANBORN, dau, age 7, born May 1893, born NH Sherburne A. SANBORN, son, age 1, born Sept 1898, born NH + 1 Boarder + 1 Servant 1910 census of Danville Township, NH: John N. SANBORN, age 61, married 20 years, born NH, parents born NH, a Farmer Nellie D. SANBORN, wife, age 43, married 20 years, 3 children/3 living, born Scotland, parents born England/Scotland, to USA 1867 Caroline W. SANBORN, dau, age 17, born NH, a Shoe Shop Bookkeeper Sherburne J. SANBORN, son, age 11, born NH Amy C. SANBORN, dau, age 8, born NH + 1 Boarder + 1 Hired Man I am hoping to locate someone from this SANBORN Family so that the photograph can be returned to their care.
