I am researching the descendants of Moses Rolfe who was born on 11 Apr 1765 in Newburyport, MA and who died on 28 Jan 1845 in Dudswell, Quebec, Canada. Moses was the son of Joseph Rolfe and Esther Rolfe. Joseph was born on 14 May 1730 in Newbury, MA and died 1 Jul 1781 in Londonderry, NH. Esther was born on 8 Mar 1743 in Newbury, MA and died 7 Feb 1773 in Newbury, MA. Joseph married second Mrs. Ann Gerrish Stickney on 12 Feb 1775. She died 23 Aug 1826 and is buried at Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry, NH. Moses was married to Judith Cheney daughter of Benjamin Cheney and Judith Holman. Judith was born 9 Aug 1764 in Newbury, MA. At the time of their marriage and the birth of their children, they were living in Rockingham County. Moses, Judith, and their children were part of the 1790 census for Londonderry Town, NH. At that time they had three sons under 16 years of age according to the 1790 census. This family is found in the 1800 census for Rutland, VT. By 1810 the family had immigrated to the Eastern Township of Quebec, Canada. I have been unable to find a marriage date for Moses and Judith nor a birth record for any of their children. Are records available in Rockingham County?
