Yes, the house is still standing and owned by the Academy. Extensive renovations are now going on to turn it into apartments for faculty. While it is not adjacent to the main campus, it is backed up by the athletic field. It is just off Front St. which is the street leading from downtown Exeter towards Hampton. I work with a woman whose husband is in charge of the Biology Dept. at the Academy and she is the source of my information. In fact they just looked at one of the apartments but decided against it.
