Hi list, I am related to a few of the families that settled in Portsmouth and Kittery, ME area around 1850. I would love some direction from you as to where to look for more information. I spent an hour at the Dover Library and found lots on HALEY's but had precious litttle time to do more. Arilla Dustin ORDWAY married Sarah (Sadie) PRIME in 1882. She was of Portsmouth but was born in Portland in 1855. Her parents were possibly Charles PRIME and Sarah Jane WILLEY. Benjamin ORDWAY born in NH abt 1825 was married to Sarah A. WILSON of Kittery, ME 22 Dec 1849. Sarah was the child of John WILSON and Tamsin ( Tamisin) HALEY of Isle of the Shoals and John BELLAMY. Have any of you come across research on these families?
