    3. Dear Mr. Prokasy: There is a "Jacob Gilman" and "Mary Ladd" of Kingston who had 9 children but not a Moody. They are shown at #24 of the Ames, Gilman Family Book which was just republished by Heritage Co. as reedited by Wayne Gilman. This shows 9 children but no "moody". daughter Elizabeth b: 1715 married married a David Moody... you don't mention your source but I find no person such as "moody" in any of my Gilman sources or my data base. Jacob was a son of either John or Daniel and a grandson of Edward2 Gilman (lost at sea gilman). U of Chi Prof Gilman and several prominent genealogists studied the descendants of Edw. "lost at sea" and were unable to separate the children of John from the children of Daniel. Are you a Gilman? I am building a Thing, Gilman, Dudley data base and am writing a "Thing" book.?
