I recently discovered that I'm descended from Reuben Sanborn and Elizabeth Sleeper (their daughter Anna Sanborn married George Banfill, the son of John Banfill and Mary Lear)-- which means I'm probably related to just about anyone who ever had an ancestor in Hampton (and through the Banfills to just about everyone with early Portsmouth ancestry too)! I've been having a great time with the Hampton and Marston pages looking at all the myriad interconnections. (And I thought my Quaker ancestors were intermarried!)
