Does anyone know the whereabouts of vital records for The Universalist Church of Portsmouth, NH ca. 1773-1850, Baptisms, Marriages, Deaths? I've checked the Athaneaum, as well as NEHGS, Concord NH Historical Society, Concord State Archives, Portsmouth Library, LDS, Portsmouth Town Records, Harvard Divinity School, South Church (which absorbed the congregation in the mid-1900s), etc. According to a "Guide to church vital statistics records in New Hampshire" (WPA)ca. 1942, these records were at that time located at the Unversalist Church on Pleasant Street. Any clues as to where they might exist today would be appreciated. Thank you. Sally Neale
