Gail: Your address is an address to 2 different people. The Clerk of the Superior Court is one office - probably located in the old court house in east Exeter near the Hampton line and the Registry of Deeds is another office. - located in the New court house on the Brentwood Kingston line on the far west side of Exeter. I'm visiting Exeter, Brentwood, the Records division of the court house in Brentwood and Concord Next week so if you e/mail next week I can tell you. Chances are that if you address a letter to the Clerk of the Superior Court Court House Exeter, NH........ and ask for a divorce decree......the letter will get there. A much simpler solution would be to call the clerk of the superior court, ask how much the decree would cost and then send the clerk a check. You don't get court records except sometimes "probate court " records from a deeds registry. A Register of Deeds or Recorder of Deeds, or a County Clerk or a birth registry and death registry are generally not part of a court and are different political offices. A Circuit Clerk, Superior Clerk, Court Clerk are part of the Court system and would have law suit records, divorce records, litigation records and sometimes probate records, only.
