I am seeking information about the Young family of Exeter, Amesbury and Salem.I have the following information: John Young b Nov.2,1649 Exeter NH m. Sarah Wadleigh b.1655 Wells ME Their son: Isreal Young b.ca 1677 in Exeter His son: Isreal Young b.ca1700 Haverhill m, Martha Bedell b.1705 of Amesbury Their son:Isreal Young b. Sept.1,1731 m. ca 1755 in Salem ..first Elizabeth Clark b.ca 1735 Salem Their son James Young b.Nov 6,1758 Salem I gleaned all this information from "The Biographical Dictionary of the Youngs"by Louise Young. I believe that James Young moved to Corina Me and had a family there. There is a James Young there in the early 1800 in the census index. I believe that if this is so he could be the James Young who is my ancestor. Does anyone have any information to confirm or deny this move. Or any information about this family at all.
