You make a copy of your list on another file for each different sort parameters you want. This makes a good supplement to work with FTM6 as entries for unknown people can be entered in your spreadsheet (or data base) A chose a spread sheet as one can get up to 25000 files with 300 sort fields per sheet , and it is easier to work with then a data base in which you must sort and print out a report to simply read it. If one wants.... they can dump their excel spreadsheet or spreadsheets into an access data base or find ways to link up several spread sheets.
