Hi, Rockingham Researchers: I thought it might be helpful to drop a reminder to not forget to check the Rockingham GenWeb page when you need a look-up in one or more of the records of a town, or in the books written about them or their families. Quite often it is the case that someone will have volunteered for the town or for the book in which you have an interest, BUT the volunteer is not a subscriber of this mail-list. In such a case you may get lucky and find someone on this list who will happily do the same thing, but you can't always rely on that. And, please, if you should happen to find an email address for one of those volunteers that is no longer valid, let me know about it.
