My ancestor, Thomas WILSON, had church problems at Dorchester and was ex-communicated there for his beliefs. He and probably others with the same problem removed to Exeter, NH, where Thomas was the first "Ruler" of the town. He also had the first mill there. I would like to know if the religion at Exeter in the early 1600s would have been the same as practiced at Dorchester or was a completely different religion. thanks, Charles
