Dear Jack and list, After reviewing carefully all the information from everyone regarding the Philbrick/Philbrook marriages to Joshua/Stephen/Ithamar Berry all who seem to have married one of the several Anne Philbrook's available have decided maybe not certain or proved that: 1. Ithamar married Anne/Susanna dau of John Philbrook, Jr. bapt Greenland 1713. Logic? Gen Dict of NH & ME by Noyes pg. 545 and 546 Unplaced Greenland possible dau of John, Jr. or widow Penelope Philbrick, Ann, m. Ithamar Berry other two available Ann's would have been 52 and 56 yrs old when Ithamar's last child was born in Chester, NH. 2. Stephen married Anne dau of Joseph and Tryphena b. Jan 13, 1693/94 Hampton, m. Jan 4, 1715/16. Logic: Gen Dict of ME & NH under Philbrick Joseph and Tryphena is Ann who may have married Stephen Berry whose wife was not the daughter of Lt. Thomas Philbrick. In addition Stephen and Anne's second child was named Tryphena. 3. Joshua married Susanna sister of John Philbrick, Jr and he is named in the will of her father 22 Sept 1737. Note: Gen Dict. of ME & NH Ann b. 14 Mar 1691 dau of Lt Thomas Philbrick & Mehitable Ayers m. 5 June 1712 Thomas Sleeper.
