Sanborn and Sanborn, "Vital Records of Hampton, New Hampshire, to the End of the Year 1900," (1992), vol. 1, pg. 67. Stephen BERRY and Anne PHILBRICK married in Hampton on 4 Jan 1715/1716. Sanborn and Sanborn, "Vital Records of Hampton, New Hampshire, to the End of the Year 1900," (1998), vol. 2, pg. 40. They had about 4 children in Hampton thereafter. One of them was named Tryphena. These are also named in the vital records. > I believe that the two Anns you refer to are two different women. > > Perhaps our host, Dick Marston, will have additional information that I > do not. > > If you are interested in PHILBRICK research, and/or would like to > correspond with other PHILBRICK/PHILBROOK researchers, I would like to > point out that there is a PHILBRICK-L mailing list on RootsWeb. She certainly would be of the right age to have been the Ann/Anne who married Stephen. Based on the name they gave to one of their daughters, it would seem probable that Stephen's Anne was the daughter of Joseph and Tryphena (MARSTON) PHILBRICK. > Rev.
