    2. While searching for my ancestor Nathaniel Neal of Portsmouth, NH who married Abigail YEATON 1807. I found the following: Name: Richard YEATON m. Grace Birth: say 1720 ?New Castle, NH Death: both bef 1806 New Castle, NH Children: Abigail (1786-1860) m. Nathaniel Neale. a mason in 1807, Universalist Church, Portsmouth, NH Grace (fl. 1810) m. John Schelling, a tailor Nancy (fl. 1810) m. John Hall, JR., a truckman Elizabeth (fl. 1810) single in 1810 Barnabas (fl. 1810) m. Philadelphia Comfort (fl. 1810) m. Samuel Hanscom Margaret m. Leonard Serrat, a tailor Notes for Richard YEATON The deed said that Grace was the wife of Ricahrd Yeaton, late of New Castle. The Deed said, Barnabas Yeaton of New Castle, NH, Mariner, and administer of the estate of Grace Yeaton the wife of Richard Yeaton, deceased, has liberty to sell at public auction the real estate of Grace Yeaton as sufficient to raise the sum of $200 to pay debts and demands existing against the Estate, paid by the highest bidder, Leonard Serrat. A tract of land bounded by roads owned by Mr. John Tarlton, southerly by Henry Prescott, Junior, Esq. on the 12th day of Apr 1806 Information comes from “Barnabas Yeaton to Leonard Serrat,” 1811, volume 194 page 345, Rockingham County Courthouse, Exeter, NH. 2. “Leonard Serrat et als to Barnabas Yeaton,” 1811, volume 196, page 155-158, Rockingham County Court House, Exeter, NH. Thomas Bell, the Prescotts, the Serrats, the Schellings, as well as a William and Robert Neal are listed in many deeds for the same area of land.
