    3. Seeking earlier generations of the BUNTON/BUNTEN and OTTERSON families. The earliest date that I have is the marriage of Robert BUNTON on 8 Dec 1737 in Haverhill,MA to Martha OTTERSON.(VR 2:48) I have the birth of one of their children occuring there also;Andrew,b.8 Sept 1738(VR 1:51). I have not as yet found the origins of the two families. Someone suggested that both BUNTON/BUNTEN and OTTERSON are Scottish surnames. Does anyone have any information on possible parent/ancestors;birth/death dates places for the couple and any further children, other thanAndrew(mentioned above),Richard(b.abt 1739),Mary BUNTON(b.abt1740),John(b.abt1756).Robert BUNTON Sr.'s will was administered in 1761 To carry it down one more generation: John(1756)married about 1776 Elizabeth WEBSTER Children:Robert,Mary,Sarah,John,Samuel,Andrew,Elsie,Anne,Burnha m,Jenny and James.
