If she died as late as 1898, her parents names should be listed. How sure are you of the date and place of birth? Since you don't have the parents' names, I assume you don't have a primary source birth record. Do you know what part of Franklin? If it's in the part that was originally Sanbornton, you could try Runnels' "History of Sanbornton" which has a extensive genealogical section.
