I am actually trying to hook my great-great-great grandfather, Jacob Mathews, into a family. Maybe he and David are related? I'd love to switch info with you to see what we can find out. Jacob was born in 1794 (I think in Northwood, NH) and married Mary Locke (daughter of Elijah and Lydia Osgood Locke) on June 7, 1815 in Canterbury, Merrimack County, NH.
