Dick, Thank you so very much for sending the link to the site...amazing...now to figure it all out. Also, how do I confirm this information. Are there certificates, copies of birth records etc that I can order ? I am interested in the military back ground as well. I am very proud of my American heritage ( I am second generation Canadian on mothers father's line. They immigrated from the US mid 1800's after civil war. My gr grandparents retuned to US in late 1920's leaving some of the family here) I am also curious as to how you personally connect down the descendants line?
