Hello Carolyn, William C. White m. Sarah Mitchell Randall 11 May 1807 per Early Marriages of Strafford County, NH 1630 - 1850 by Canney pub. 1991 and by the New CAstle Vital Records. The marriage took place in New Castle. I have been trying to research Mehitable Bell for ages. The only hint I can find is in some notes from my father-in-law's research that says that William C. White owned land next to Meschack and Abigail Bell in 1814. Maybe that was Mehitable's brother/father/relative. I have no idea. It's only a guess and now I can't seem to track these two elusive people either.
