As for your John Hodge. The Nicholas Hodge (son of John HOdge and Mary Harris and nephew of Nicholas Hodge brother to John Hodge) that married Seaborn Tucker (adopted dau of Richard Tucker and Margaret Reynolds and natural daughter of Nicholas Reynolds) had a grand son John Hodge born in area of Rye, me (he lived in Strawberrybank and signed several deeds for lands there). He married a Lucy Tucker from Glouscter, mass. (maine split from Mass in 1820?) This is all I know other than he was a mariner and traveled up and down the coast like all the Hodges Fishermen.
