    2. Below are a few corrections to the information that Jacqueline provided regarding Richard Nixon's ancestors. My sources are the following books: Roberts, Gary Boyd (Comp.), Ancestors of American Presidents, 1995 (Published in cooperation with the New England Historic Genealogical Society) Sanborn, George Freeman, Jr. & Sanborn, Melinde Lutz, Vital Records of Hampton, New Hampshire, New England Historic Genealogical Society, 1992 Sanborn, Melinda Lutz, Second Supplement to Torrey's New England Marriages Prior to 1700, Genealogical Publishing Co., 1995 (Note: See changes below. FYI - Gerald Ford is descended from Rev. Stephen Bachiler's daughter Ann & her husband ______ Sanborn.) Hope you find this interesting. Richard Nixon is my 9th cousin, once removed. Theodate, wife of Christopher Hussey, d. 8th month 1649 (October). The vital records do not indicate a day. (Note: Theodate, the d/o Christopher Hussey & Theodate, d. 20 Oct 1649.) 2. John Hussey 1, born February 29, (Incorrect - no leap year) 1634/1635, baptized at Lynn, 1635, died in 1706/07 New Castle Co., Delaware. He married Rebecca Perkins. John Hussey was bap. the last day of the last month 1635 (28 Feb 1635); no mention of birth (Hampton Vital Records, Vol. 1, p. 3) 3. They had a son, John Hussey 11, born in 1675/1676, died in 1732/1733. m. ANN INSKEEP. John Hussey, II was b. 18 Jan 1675/76 (Hampton Vital Records, Vol. 1, p. 107) 4. He had a son, John Hussey 111, born after 1703, died in 1770, Newberry, York Co., PA. & Margaret Riccord John Hussey, III m. Margaret Record (Roberts, Ancestors of American Presidents, p. 306) 5. He had a daughter (ERROR - son) Record Hussey, died April 5, 1784, Warrington, York Co., PA. m. Miriam Harry Record Hussey m. Miriam Harvey (Roberts, Ancestors of American Presidents, p. 306) 6. She (He) had a daughter, Lydia Hussey (reason for not carrying her father's surname is unknown - Note: because sex was incorrectly listed), born March 27, 1757, died September 21, 1843, Washington Co., PA. m. Jacob Griffith. Lydia's father was Record Hussey. 7. She had a son, Amos Griffith, born about 1798, died 1871. m. EDITH PRICE. 8. He had a daughter Elizabeth Price Griffith, born April 28, 1827, West Pike Run, Washington Co., PA, died May 3, 1923, Whittier , CA. m. Joshua Vickers Milhous. 9. She had a son, Franklin Milhous, born November 8, 1848, Colrain, Belmont Co., OH, died February 3, 1919, Whittier, CA. m. Almira Park Burdg. 10. He had a daughter Hannah Milhous, born March 7, 1885. She married Francis Anthony Nixon, and they had a son, Richard Milhous Nixon, President of the United States, born January 13, 1913, died April 23, 1994, in Yorba Linda, CA. Richard Milhous Nixon m.
