I'd like to find any birth and death information for them, as well as ancestry. Also, the only child I have for them is Sarah...are there others? Dear MARY ELLEN MOULTON, Thank you very much for sending this listing. I am sure I sent this listing to the list a couple of years ago. I really should have stated in my post that I have the SLEEPER listing from Kingston. I have the HERITAGE BOOKS ARCHIVES CD New Hampshire Volume 1 which covers Kingston. What my research is all about is finding the proof that NEHEMIAH SLEEPER, son of HEZEKIAH SLEEPER, SR., & MARTHA WOOD is the same one that married APPHIA MORRILL. I think all evidence points to this being the case. I have a listing for NEHEMIAH SLEEPER & APPHIA MORRILL from the Danville book. This listing is problematic because the dates do not agree with the vital records I found on NEHGS for Hawke. Hi list, Yesterday had an e-mail from a desc. of NEHEMIAH SLEEPER, who I have nothing on besides his birthdate in Kingston, NH. I wonder if anyone else has anything on this couple. When I went into the NEHGS today I discovered APPHIA's name is spelled ATLIA MORRILL in Hawke Church records. I also found some children born to NEHEMIAH. I also discovered that Hawke, NH became Danville in 1836. I have not heard back from this individual as to how she descends from this couple, but am very excited to find a spouse for NEHEMIAH. I had found a NEHEMIAH & a MARTHA SLEEPER in 1790 census for Hawke a while back and wondered at the time if this might be NEHEMIAH & his mother MARTHA (WOOD) SLEEPER.
