State Papers Series, vol 31) Witness for Mark HUNKING - 1666 Took the Oath of Fidelity - 1666 Among those listed as "belonging to Sandy Beach [Rye]" in 1668, (per "History of the Town of Rye", by Langdon B. Hello Bonnie... Some information on John Marden and Rachel Berry, with sources, can be found at: http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=wprokasy&id=I16554 It includes Rachel's parents, but not John's. You can get more on John in Sylvia Fitts Getchell, "Marden Family Genealogy", (New Market, NH, 1974), p. 16. That book is located, among other places, at the NEHGS library.
