    3. A few more points about the NH Vital Records room in Concord, NH .... Be sure your laptop comuter battery is charged, there is no way to plug it in! And on Wednesdays, they close early to mop the floor! Records are kept on long cards. You fill out a form asking for a particular surname group. They charge 50รง per copy per record. If you put 3 cards on the copy machine, you pay for each record! Of course, you can just handcopy the record on to your own index cards! Check out the Bride's Index on microfilm. I found lots of records there that I did not find cards for. It is confusing to read, however. Ask for help. The LDS church has microfilmed these records just recently. I am not sure if they are available yet, but an older version is. There is a great cafeteria only a few steps away. Lots of parking available. Best of Luck.... wish I could go with you!
