I've recently traced the Hildreth family to Litchfield, NH, but have not found any town records or VRs for Litchfield. I've not had an opportunity to check at the FHC, but was wondering if anyone was familiar with Litchfield. If anyone has access to a Litchfield town record or history, I would appreciate a look up for the following Hildreth (Heldreth, Heldrith, Hilldrith, etc) family: 1. Jacob Hildreth, b. 18 Jul 1709 in Chelmsford to Ephraim and Anna (Moore) Hildreth, married Abigail Harwood (daughter of William and Esther (Perry) Harwood) 18 Oct 1730. They were the parents of: 2. Esther/Easter Hildreth, b.26 Aug 1731, who may have married Ebenezer Stevens (son of Benjamin and Abigail Stevens). I would very much like to hear about any evidence that connects any of the above to Litchfield, NH. As always, I'd be very happy to share information. Gordon
