Does anyone know if there were any epidemics (such as flu, measles, etc.) between the years of 1878 and 1881? I'm trying to figure out what would have happened to cause a man to marry 3 women between April 28, 1878 and Jan 1 1881. Of course, I suppose the first 2 could have been very fraile to begin with; possibly dieing in childbirth. I have not been able to find death records for these women (or divorce records).
