Hi, I am new to this list, as I have just located the town in NH, Milford, where my gggrandparents lived before moving to Lawrence, Essex, MA. John Gibb(s) committed suicide on 13 May 1878 in Lawrence. His death certificates states that he was born in Scotland, as do census records. His parents are listed as Alexander Gibbs and Kattie ---, both born in SCT. Census records indicate that John and Catharine had 10 children, only 5 still living in 1900. I have found 7 of them, would like to learn the names of the other 3, as well as the parents of John Gibbs (mother's maiden name) and Catharine McRobbie.
