Hi listmembers, I have been reading this list since the beginning but I haven't sent in a query. So here goes! I am looking for information on the family of Ephraim Drake, born 1751 s/o of William Drake. Ephraim was born in Mass but moved to Amherst as a young man and married Hannah Melendy there about 1772. They had five children and then Hannah died in 1793. Ephraim remarried in 1794 and had five more children, including my ancestor Stephen Bradley French. I have found Ephraim's second wife's first name, Abiah, but I can't find their marriage or her maiden name. Ephraim died in Amherst about 1834.
