I am just posting my newly found information on Joslins from Nashua NH and sending out feelers for more information. My greatgrandfather Joseph N. Joslin was born in Nashua, NH ca 1860 to Joseph N Joslin (born ca 1840-d. 9/14/1892) and Mary L (born ca 1843-d.6/15/1890). Joseph N.and Mary both died in Leominster Massachusetts. At present I do not know Mary L. Joslin's middle or maiden name , her birth date (ca1840) and place, or marriage date and place; nor do I have the vital information on Joseph N.Joslin. I don't have the exact birth date of Joseph Jr. either. I intend to write Nashua Vital records to see if they have birth records for Joseph Jr for 1860. However is there a centralized place to request a New Hampshire vital record if one does not have the town and only an approximate year. Also how much does Nashua charge and how much for state records if ordering and paying by snail mail-the no rush kind?
