Hello everyone, I am seeking the marriage record of Edgar Mayhew & Ellen Towne. They were married 5 May 1872 in Manchester, Hillsborough Co., NH. Edgar was born 24 Mar 1852 in Hermon, Penobscot Co., ME and died 8 Sep 1925 in Goffstown, Hillsborough Co., NH (at the hospital). Ellen was born 27 Jul 1849 in Manchester, Hillsborough Co., NH and died 25 Sep 1878 in Dummerston, Windham Co., VT. Is there anyone out there who could possibly tell me where I could inquire about the record? I live in Maryland and use the Maryland Archives frequently. Does New Hampshire have a State Archives website? I have already tried the State of New Hampshire, Bureau of Vital Records, Office of Community & Public Health, Department of Health & Human Services, 6 Hazen Drive, Concord NH 03301-6527.
