Hi Everyone, I'm new to this particular list, and hope that somebody can help me. My mom just passed and we just found my grandparents marriage certificate. Charles Lancaster Russell b: 1863 and Edith "Gladys" Shaw b:1889 were married on October 15, 1907 in Hudson, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. According to the marriage certificate they were residents there. The problem comes from the fact that he and his father (Joseph Edward Russell) were born in Maine (Piscataquis Co.) Charles met Gladys in Andover, MA. I know that Charles's Grandfather (Andrew W. Russell) was born somewhere in New Hampshire about 1815. I guess what I am hoping is that Hudson, New Hampshire is where Andrew was born. Is anyone out there familiar with this family or that can help me? I sure would appreciate it.
