I don't have much on Benjamin as I followed three of his brothers. All I have is the following: Benjamin d. 7 Feb 1852 in Hillsboro age 58 [Child's PutneyGen:5 HennHisSoc]. He m. 24 Sep 1805 in Hillsboro Anna AIKEN who was b. May 1786 in Deering and d. 24 Aug 1867 in Nashua [Child's PutneyGen:5,6 HennHisSoc]. They resided in Hillsboro where they had Eliza J. PUTNEY who m. Perkins ANDREWS and d. 29 Mar 1868 [HistHills2:27] and probably others. The references are the Putney family history compiled by Francis Childs that is housed in the Henniker, NH Historical Society and the History of Hillsboro, NH vol 2 pg. 27. I have more on the parents of Benjamin if you are interested. What is the source of the names of the other children? Do you have their dates and places of birth? I am compiling the early families of Bradford and will get to the library to do census work sometime in the next year. When I do I will be happy to send along that information. ----- Original Message ----- From: ~Heather~ <amber403@webtv.net> To: <NHHILLSB-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, August 03, 2000 1:35 PM Subject: [NHHILLSB] PUTNEY? > Hi Everyone > I'm new to the list, and thought id post my interest.
