It is with broken hearts that the family of the late WANDA R. STEWART of Jacques Fontaine announces her passing. Wanda passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the age of 49. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are son, Shane Stewart of Burin; sisters, Bella (Shawn) Keating of Burin, and Ann (George) Davis of Hamilton, ON; brothers, Jack Stewart of St. John’s, Russ Stewart of St. John’s, George Stewart of Hamilton, ON, Ern (Lisa) Stewart of Burin, Jobie Stewart of Jacques Fontaine, and Kevin (Wendy) Stewart of Hamilton, ON; brother-in-law, Eric Pardy of New Brunswick; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Wanda was predeceased by her parents, John & Sylvia Stewart; baby brother, Arthur Stewart; and sisters, Kathleen Pardy and Sheila (Larry) Mitchell. The Stewart family will be accepting visitors at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, St. Bernard’s on Friday, July 13th, beginning at 2:00 pm; Saturday, July 14th, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm; and Sunday, July 15th, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
