It is with broken hearts that the family of the late ­­­­­­­­­­AMBROSE J. WHITTLE of Parker’s Cove announces his passing. Ambrose passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the age of 75. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Vivian of 48 years; sons, Terry (Jean) of St. John’s, and George Whittle (Evelyn Cox) of Winterland; daughters, Anita Navarette (Jobrey) of Clarenville, Sandra Hayse (Corey) of Marystown, and Lisa Whittle (Charlie Norman) of Marystown; special nephew, Edward Whittle (Margie) of Parker’s Cove; 8 grandchildren, Kayla, Dillon, Trevor, Karen, Dale, Keisha, Bailey & Zoe; sisters, Kathleen Harris of Harbour Breton, and Annie Gaulton of Parker’s Cove; brother, Pius Whittle of Marystown; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Ambrose was predeceased by his parents, Edward & Julia Whittle; son Dale Whittle; and brothers, George Whittle & Martin Parrott. The Whittle Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown on a date and time to be announced. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Parker’s Cove on a date and time to be announced.
