MARY M. KING (1954-2013) Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Saturday, August 31, 2013, MARY M. KING, of Creston North, NL, in her 59th year. Leaving to mourn her lovinghusband, Eugene, sons Curtis (Eileen), Lorne (Mary Jo), daughter Sonya Pike (Deon); 5 Grandchildren, Hayley King, Nathan Oake, Jada Oake, Lauren Oake and Sidney Oake; sisters Maude Thornhill (Philip), Lynn Perham (Verd), Edna Hodder (Earl), Joshie Hooper (David), Tammy Keeping (Dan), brother Nelson Keeping (Brenda); and a large number relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents George and Ruby Doris Keeping, parents in law Gabriel and Martha King, her brothers Arthur, Benjamin and Vaden Keeping and nephew Chad Thornhill. Resting at Peninsula Funeral Home, Creston South, on Monday (1 pm – 9 pm). The funeral service will be held at Creston North United Church, Creston North, on a date and time to be announced. Interment will be at the United Church Cemetery in Creston North. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to the family.
